I have seen on TV a solar panel cluster on a pedistal, But was only sold to busnisses. The world wants us to go green but no help for the general public!!!!

As far as I can find out, the solar panels are to charge a battery system only, and then the house or home has to be converted to about a 12 volt system, which can be very costly to install.
Wind energy can produce the needed volts to run the home with current appliances, without the need for batteries.
