So it’s a yes for Ricard B. The only problem is that you assume a command economy and we all know the path to glory is littered with past mistakes. Wind and Solar will never replace Oil. Do you know why? People like the lights on when they want the light on. Solar and Wind are intermittent. Useless for the power the country needs.
