Question: My SMSF clients want to buy and install solar electricity generators: www.industry.nsw.gov.au Can a SMSF purchase the system (and the associated meter) and feedback power into the grid for profit. The property owner also pays a fee. Therefore, the SMSF gets 2 sources of income. One concern I have is that the facility attaches to a 3rd party building ie home, business premises.
