It would be quite difficult. Solar cells are expensive and have a relatively low efficiency (something like 15-18%). Solar cells output DC current which would then have to be converted to AC current which will further reduce your efficiency. You would also have to provide enough solar cells to generate about 300 watts power. Just for illustration purposes if you were to make a solar panel array to generate 300 watts it might cost:

I found some solar cells on google that give about 90 watts in full sunlight and cost about $ 300 a piece, you will need four of them which will give you abot 360 watts of power. That will cost you $ 1200 total and then you will need something to convert the DC to AC which will add a little more to your total. I doubt you want to pay a few thousand dollars to power your tv by the sunlight. Not to mention they are big at about 1m by .5m each.
