Thereafter, you would be required to drill little holes on this frame in order to bring about a smooth conduction of electricity by accessing the solar cells. This frame would only act as a storage device for your panel by charging its battery through the proper conduct of electricity.

After this, you need to find out such a corner on your roof that receives the maximum amount of sunlight throughout the day. Most commonly, the southern corner of the roof is considered an ideal position for the installation of a solar panel.

You would now be required to place a meter on your solar panel to measure the amount of electricity generated in a day. It is very important to keep a track of the amount of electricity generated on a daily basis because this is the only success measure of your solar panel. So, keep recording it till the time your panel starts giving the desired output.
