BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)–The European Investment Bank European Investment Bank , or EIB EIB , has set aside EUR500 million to help finance construction of a large-scale solar power plant in the suburb of Ouarzazate city in southern Morocco that will export part of its output to Europe, pan-Arab Asharq Al Awsat daily reports Thursday.
