Hello Ed:
The size of the home is not the quantifier, it is how much power you use. Do you have a gas stove, or electric? Is your dryer gas, or do you use a clothes line? Your central heat has an electric blower, do you use gas or run a heat pump? Do you have air conditioning? Solar will not supply 100% of your power 100% of the time, you will still need to be on public service for cloudy days.
