Home Solar Panel Kits ? Incredibly Simple Recipe To Make Your Own Home Solar Panel
With the right home solar panel kits, you can easily create your own renewable energy system to power your house loads! Can you believe that?
Well, you better believe so because I’m about to show you the recipe on how to get your system up and running within a few days!
Now let’s focus a bit on home solar panel kits! Now I’m sure you’re aware of how expensive solar panels are!
Fortunately, the GreenDIY step-by-step videos have successfully taught me how to build a low-cost yet workable solar panel.
The cost?
Well, my cost came up to only 6!
Not bad huh?
Okay, for the home solar panel kits, you need the following materials:
1. Solar cells
2. Durable plywood
3. A little more wood for the border
4. A sheet of non-reflective glass
5. Copper wire
6. Silicon
7. Solder
8. UV protector
Now all you have to do is cut the plywood according to the number of solar cells that you plan to use. After that the plywood has to be coated with UV protector.
The arrangement process!
Arrange the cells on the ground and apply a little bit of solder onto the small tabs located at the back of each cell. After that, you just join them together using the copper wire.
Once you have all the cells wired together, you can use a very basic wiring setup to fully join the cells. At this point you may add more cells for stronger voltage output!
Okay it’s time to setup your home solar panel kits!
Attach the cells to the plywood. To accomplish this, just use the silicon. Next step, make two holes on the back of the plywood to get the copper wire ends out. Note that each wire gets one hole!
Almost done here!
Get some wood to create border for the cells. The wood should be placed on the part of the plywood. Use a little silicon and then just screw it from the back.
Apply silicon once more for the glass. The glass sheet is used to protect the cells. Your home solar panel kits must be well protected!
Last step!
Finally, the copper wires should be connected to the electrical wire. After that you just connect your home solar panel kits to the batteries or charge controller!
