Yet another solar project completed by SECCO at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. This was installed using the Florian support system and Sanyo solar panels. It provides a covering over a patio at the College. Installation coordinated by Matt Wilson, Project Foreman and also a NABCEP Certified installer.

Assembly Bill 811 in California Allows cities to loan a homeowner the money to install renewable energy equipment like Solar Energy or Windmills. The loan is then added to the property tax bill and runs with the realestate. Governer Arnold Schwarzenegger signed it into law in 2008
